This 'Boring' Business Makes $3M/yr From My Laptop

I took some time off of YouTube and this Uncommon Profits newsletter to focus on my business but I am back and today’s email is actually about my business and how I run it.

I own a nationwide junk removal company that I run from my laptop.

The way it works is similar to Uber, but for home services.

The customer selects their items on our website and sees a price upfront. Then they book and pay fully online. Just like an e-commerce store. I use a software that automatically sends the job to a local subcontractor who already does junk removal in the area. I keep the difference (usually about 50%).

A lot of people run local home service businesses remotely like this.

• Cleaning

• Window washing

• Carpet Cleaning

• TV mounting

• Pressure washing

• Car Detailing

• and even super niche services like couch removal and piano moving
